The Quest is a documentary series that explores the history of Islam, from its inception to its interpretative local culture in the social fabric of everyday society. Through this documentary series, viewers will be taken on a journey across provinces of Indonesia, tracing the trails of Islam’s lasting heritage and development as seen in historical sites, architecture, manuscripts, traditional dances, cuisine, and languages.
